Before an order is agreed, the proposal should define dimensions, materials, equipment, price, shipping, installation responsibilities, timing and aftercare terms. Tell us your destination early so access and delivery can be discussed.

A few things to know.
Can I request an extra-large or unusual size?+
Yes. Share your dimensions or unusual layout for a feasibility discussion. Materials, loading, access, installation and maintenance space must be assessed before the final structure is agreed. Renderings alone cannot establish feasibility.
Can I enquire about backgrounds and accessories separately?+
Yes. Choose your elements and select “Backgrounds / accessories only” in the enquiry form. Include the internal dimensions, materials and fitting location of your existing enclosure. The enclosure configuration will be treated as a compatibility reference, not a request for a complete build.
How are lighting, heating, misting and ventilation specified?+
Requirements vary by species and life stage. Share the species and number of animals so equipment can be discussed accordingly. The preview communicates your preferences; it does not prescribe care parameters or guarantee suitability.
What determines pricing, shipping and lead time?+
Dimensions, materials, background construction, equipment and destination all influence the quote. Scope, shipping, installation, lead time and aftercare terms are agreed before payment.
Does an enquiry commit me to a purchase?+
No. We begin with an email conversation. A separate payment link follows only after the final proposal and cost are agreed. This website does not take card payments or charge automatically.
